大洲大作 おおずだいさく

うつる／うつすことを主題とし、写真を軸に、人の営みを光と影で捉えなおす行為を続けている。
列車などの車窓にうつろい滲む、営為をうつす光そして影を掬い上げる《光のシークエンス》、果てなく廻り続ける環状線に現在をうつす《Loop Line》などを制作。

1994-95年 大阪国際写真センター（現 IMI グローバル映像大学）に学ぶ。1997年 龍谷大学文学部哲学科卒業。
近年の主な展示に、Logistics / Rotations（東京, 2022）、Loop Line（eitoeiko, 2022）、大洲大作 未完の螺旋（京成電鉄 旧博物館動物園駅, 2019）、めがねと旅する美術展（青森県立美術館／島根県立石見美術館／静岡県立美術館, 2018-19）、あいちトリエンナーレ×アートラボあいち 窓から。（アートラボあいち, 2018）、ラブラブショー2（青森県立美術館, 2017）、さいたまトリエンナーレ（埼玉, 2016）、始発電車を待ちながら（東京ステーションギャラリー, 2012- 13）など。また近年のコミッションワークに、flow / float（Gaw Capital Partners／乃村工藝社, 旧東洋紡本社ビル, 2022）がある。

Daisaku OOZU Born in 1973, Osaka. Lives and works in Yokohama. He has been using photography as his main medium to depict the tranquil daily activities of life in the form of shifting light and shadow. While maintaining a distance from his subjects, he gradually dammed up the flowingtime and pumped it into his works, which became an abstracted image of society. Studied in Osaka International Center of Photography(IMI),1994-95. Received his BA(philosophy) from Ryukoku University, 1997. Recent exhibitions include "Logistics / Rotations" 2022, "Loop Line" 2022 at eitoeiko, "Fujinoyama Biennal" 2020, "Unfinished Spiral" at former Hakubutsukan-Dobutsuen Sta., "To Travel with Glasses" 2018-19 at Aomori Museum of Art / Iwami Art Museum / Shizuoka Prefectural Museum of Art, "Photograph plus Train is Movie" Kamata Soko, 2017, "Love Love Show2" 2017 at Aomori Museum of Art, "Saitama Triennal" 2016, "Waiting for the First Train" 2012-13 at Tokyo Station Gallery, and others.
